Social media has tried (and failed) to satisfy our craving for authentic connection. While not inherently problematic, constant exposure to highlight-centric social feeds condition us to believe that only parts of our stories, experiences, and identities are worthy of connection. Reflecting on the story of the prodigal son and the two sons’ rejection of their identity as son, Leah unpacks how the Father is interested in every aspect of who we are, that he desires connection with us, and that, without requiring performance, his love reveals our true identities as his sons and daughters to us. Leah is proudly sponsored by Life Teen.
