Meditation: an invitation to pay attention to God. Regularly practicing meditation can help you cope with stress and anxiety from your fastpaced and hectic life. “Meditation is above all a quest. The mind seeks to understand the why and how of Christian life” (CCC 2705). Psalm 46 says to be still and know God. Especially for all who think, “I cannot meditate,” come discover the lasting peace that comes from sitting in stillness. Practice sitting techniques so you leave knowing how to begin your own practice. Start your quest into the how and why, and see how meditation can transform your life. Susan is proudly sponsored by Center for Ministry Development.
