The world today suffers from the ill effects of racism, in our society and in our souls. Using the US Conference of Catholic Bishops’ pastoral letter against racism, “Open Wide Our Hearts: The Enduring Call of Love, and the See, Judge, Act Method,” this session will explore issues and realities of minority groups (African-American, Hispanic, Native American, etc.) as well as practical methods of dealing with racism in our society.
