The greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, strength, and soul, and to love your neighbor as yourself. As if that were not challenging enough, how do you love your neighbor well if you do not love yourself well? This session will take a look at appreciating how we were created, and created well, by a loving God and offer some practical advice on how we can love ourselves well—in order to love our neighbor well too.
