Sports are a common theme of our everyday lives. It dominates the mainstream discussion, unites strangers in a common goal, brings happiness and extreme sadness to all its viewers. It pulls at our hearts and holds us captive each week. No matter the time of year, we can find ourselves sitting in the role of spectator, athlete, or coach, but do these roles overlap our faith life as well? We need to focus on the importance of cheering, competing, and teaching when it comes to our faith. The hope of this workshop is to build up our high school athletes to become Cathletes for Christ.
