The world of social media is a pervasive force in the lives of too many young people: fifty percent of teens look at their screens four hours a day; twenty-five percent are engaged by media more than eight hours a day. Research shows how damaging the effects of excessive social media use can be on the emotional, psychological, and spiritual health of our young people. You may feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to protect and guide your children. The good news is you do not have to feel this way. This workshop will call and equip you to better guide your teens through the world of social media.
