Most young people today are indigenous to a postmodern epistemology and come to know truth more through experience than cognitive reasoning. Transitioning from a belief-oriented approach to an encounter-focused approach is essential to reaching young people. For most teens, the entrance ramp to a personal faith is a relational encounter with God. This workshop shows us how to help facilitate both initial and ongoing encounters with God.
