1h 14m
This workshop will include a brief testimony of my own battle with depression during high school and college and thirteen reasons why a young person should embrace the dignity, beauty, and meaning of their own life. I will also give some practical advice for anyone who knows someone who is struggling with thoughts of suicide. I will allude to some cultural trends I see alive on my own campus at Walsh University, where our motto is “Where You Matter.” I will include a printout for attendees of the thirteen reasons, which they can take home with them to use in their own ministry or to share friends who are struggling. Ben is proudly sponsored by Spirit and Song - a division of OCP.
